Barbara Ann Sherrer Muniz

Mrs. Barbara Ann Sherrer Muniz, 54, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011, at her residence. A memorial service is scheduled for 4:00 pm Thursday, September 15, 2011, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Newsome will officiate. Mrs. Muniz was born July 24, 1957 in Coatsville, PA. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Harrison Sherrer and Florence Rebecca Sims Sherrer. She worked as a certified nursing assistant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Anthony Sherrer. Mrs. Muniz is survived by daughters, Susan Jacquez and husband, Chris of Winston Salem, Joshua Witman and wife, Tiffany of Salisbury and Melissa Myers of Salisbury; adopted daughters, Ashley Griffin and Ashley Brumbaugh both of Rockwell; sister-in-law, Sherry Law of Kannapolis; brother, Martin Wayne Sherrer and wife, Toni of York, PA; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren..
