Maria Remedios Martinez Cabral

Mrs. Maria Remedios Martinez Cabral, 85, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019, at her daughter's residence in Salisbury.

A funeral service is scheduled for 5:30 pm Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 to 5:00 pm Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Martinez Cabral was born September 1, 1933 in Durango, Mexico. She was a daughter of the late Macario Martinez and Gregoria Cabral. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kannapolis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eduardo Flores; and two sons, Ruben Martinez and Robert Rodriguez.

Mrs. Martinez Cabral is survived by five children, Maria Rodriguez of Salisbury, Yolanda Rodriguez of Kannapolis, San Juanita Martinez of Salisbury, Maria Guerrero of Fremont, OH and Sergio David Rodriguez of Memphis, TN; sister, Maria Rosario Martinez; brother, Jose Martinez; 19 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
