Oldake Smith Winn

Mrs. Oldake Smith Winn, 94, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023, at Caremoor Retirement Center in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Monday, October 23, 2023, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Michael Griffin and Rev. Demps Ray Overcash Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:00 am Monday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Winn was born November 12, 1928 in Daisy, TN. She was a daughter of the late Tony Smith and Edna Johnson Smith. She was a member of Kannapolis "West A" Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Allen Winn; and two sons, Tommie and Jeffery Winn.

Mrs. Winn is survived by daughter, Phyllis Roberts and husband, Michael of Kannapolis; sister, Beulah Hughes of Soddy-Daisy, TN; brother, Charles Smith and wife, Sharon of Goshen, IN; six grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
