David Jackson Beck

Mr. David Jackson Beck, 77, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Levine & Dickson Hospice House at Aldersgate in Charlotte. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Carolina Memorial Park. Rev. Wayne Adams will officiate. Mr. Beck was born January 20, 1945 in Cabarrus County. He was the son of the late Dewey Jackson Beck and Nellie Virginia Cruse Beck. He was a U.S. Veteran of the Naval Reserves. He owned and operated his own commercial trucking company. He was a lifelong Harley-Davidson rider. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Robinson. Mr. Beck is survived by his wife, Patricia Bennett Beck; and two sisters, Doris B. Smith of Myrtle Beach and Patsy Adams and husband Edward of Salisbury.
