Mrs. Phyllis Faye Hildreth, 76, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 4, 2022 with all of her girls by her side. A funeral service is scheduled for 4:00 pm Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Randall Ritchie will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:45 pm Sunday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mrs. Hildreth was born October 18, 1945 in Cabarrus County. She was the wife of the late Tim Hildreth and the daughter of the late Robert Addison and Evie Sue Herbert Isenhour. She loved being surrounded by her family; that's what made her happy. On Sundays she would cook and have lunch for anyone that wanted to eat. Her family will miss her terribly. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Lamar Addison. Mrs. Hildreth is survived by four daughters, Sherlene Hildreth Young and husband De'Wayne, Sherry Hildreth Adcock and husband Curtis, Lisa Hildreth Campbell and Kim Hildreth Morgan and husband Dwaine; sister, Mary Joyce Addison Cruse and husband Wayne of Concord; brother, Johnny Lane Addison and wife Brenda of Kannapolis; seven grandchildren, Drew, Teaya, Kaley, Lauren, Kelsey, Keirsten and Kenley; 10 great grandchildren, Dalton, Lawson, Daxton, Waylon, Etta, Everlee, Layla, Iris, Paislee and Wyni; and mother-in-law, Orabelle Hildreth. Her family will miss her phone calls every day, and things will never be the same without her. She was truly one of a kind and they loved her very much.
