Rosie Lee Robinson

Mrs. Rosie Lee Baucom Robinson, 70, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015, at her residence.

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Roger Bostic will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove.

The family will receive friends from 11 to 12:45 pm Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Robinson was born February 19, 1945 in Oakboro. She was a daughter of the late Oscar Lee Baucom and Verla Mae Helms Baucom. She worked for many years as a weaver with Fieldcrest Cannon.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by two daughters, Teresa Chapman and husband Eddie of Kannapolis and Tammie Baucom Melton of China Grove; brother, Oscar Lee Baucom, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Newton-Conover; two sisters, Bennie Ruth Hunsucker of Harrisburg and Doris Jean Harris of Monroe; four grandchildren, Jennifer Minton, T. Daniel Gaskins, Candace Gaskins and Brian Henry; and four great-grandchildren, Bryce Minton, Baylei Minton, Nina Gaskins and Ellie Gaskins; and a special friend, Vivian Deese.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
