Adeeb Nashif

Mr. Adeeb Nashif, 84, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at Brian Center of Concord.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 30, 2014, at Roberta Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Pennington and Rev. Chris Baker will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 4:00 pm Saturday, November 29, 2014, at Mr. Nashif’s home, 521 Camrose Circle, NE, Concord, NC 28025.

Mr. Nashif was born on May 21, 1930 in Portland, OR. He was a son of the late George John Nashif and Anna Elias Nashif. He served in the US Army for two years. Mr. Nashif was a retired Letter Carrier for the US Postal Service. After retirement, he drove a bus for the Cabarrus County Schools and volunteered at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. Adeeb was a happy person with a jovial personality who enjoyed being with people.

Mr. Nashif is survived by his wife, Flora Hartsell Nashif; daughter, Anne-Marie Chenault of Concord; son, Kenneth Nashif of Concord; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
