Angelle and Jade Hunt, infant twin daughters of Ashlyn Dawn Hunt passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2013, at CMC-NorthEast in Concord.
A memorial service is scheduled for 4:00 pm Saturday, September 28, 2013, at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Roper will officiate.
Angelle was born September 21, 2013 and Jade was born September 22, 2013, both in Concord.
Angelle and Jade are survived by their mother, Ashlyn Dawn Hunt; brother, Jesse Daniel; grandparents, Barry and Tammy Woodward; aunt, Jordan Hunt and uncle, Kylar Hunt, all of Kannapolis.
