Annie Nichols Jackson

Mrs. Annie Nichols Jackson, 86, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2011, at CMC-NorthEast in Concord. A private service will be held for family and close friends. "Mama Jack" as she was called was born March 8, 1925 in Kannapolis. She was a daughter of the late Vance Nichols and Bertha Foster Nichols. She worked for Cannon Mills in the Sheet Dept. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ronnie "Stonewall" Jackson. Mama Jack is survived by her daughter, Ginger Jackson of Kannapolis; sister, Mavie Scarboro of Kannapolis; and one grandson.
