Mrs. Annie Faye Link Christy, 72, of 1155 Sunset Drive, died Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at NorthEast Medical Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:30 pm Saturday, April 1, 2006, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Rev. Gerry Steedley will officiate. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 pm Friday Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, the family will be at the home of Mrs. Christy. Mrs. Christy was born June 11, 1933 in Cabarrus County. She was a daughter of the late Watt Link and Annie Lee Sides Link. She was retired from Impact Technologies as a Production Manager. Annie was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. She was greatly loved and will be remembered as a loving, compassionate, and giving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Christy is survived by her husband, Henry Christy; two daughters, Margaret Keziah Rabon of Mooresville and Wendy Leatherman and husband, Rodney, of Dandridge, TN; one son, Howard Lee Keziah, Sr. and wife, Donna, of Charlotte; brother, Everette Link of Kannapolis; eight grandchildren, Merrisa Josey Barnhardt and husband, Gabe, Jason Lee Josey, Heather Keziah, Alyssa Keziah, Guy Leatherman, Ana Leatherman, Alex Leatherman, Ta Leatherman; and two great grandchildren, Gabrielle and Brody Barnhardt.
