Annie Mae Watts Williamson, 82, passed away Monday, September 21, 2026, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 am to 11:45 am Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Annie was born March 7, 1944 in Tabor City, NC. She was a daughter of the late Coley Blease Watts and Estie Mae Strickland Watts. She lived a life defined by an extraordinary servants heart, always placing the needs of others before her own. To know her was to know true generosity. She loved everyone with her whole heart. Her greatest pride was her family and she enjoyed cooking for them. She cherished being in God's House and loved her church family and friends. She was selfless, humble, hard working and faithful.

In addition to her parents, Annie is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry F. Williamson; son, Shannon Blake Arnette; two sisters, Retha Cribb and Jennie Daniels; and four brothers, John Watts, Coley B. Watts, Ronnie Watts, Roger Watts.

Annie is survived by daughter, Sheila Arnette Wyrick of Kannapolis; two sons, Eddie Dean Arnette and Wife Cathy of China Grove, Vinson Earl Arnette of Kannapolis; brother, David Earl Watts of Tabor City; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
