Mrs. April Lynn Horne Freeze, 66, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.
A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Park. Pastor Mike Roper will officiate. Interment will follow.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Freeze was born September 23, 1958 in Concord. She was a daughter of Barbara Paxton Hamilton and the late Benson Horne. She worked as a medical records clerk for Cabarrus Hospital.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Freeze is survived by son, Zachary Freeze; and sister, Kelly Overcash, both of Kannapolis.
