I had met April virtually for work. We had a meeting in Charlotte one day and I met her in person, instantly recognizing her voice. She had the biggest smile and infectious laugh. She was one of the most positive people I have ever met, and she loved life. She then started coming to my site on Wednesdays and she won everyone over quickly with that same smile. I got to see her more often and know her better on a personal level. I have greatly missed getting to see her in person at the office and she will be missed as an integral part of my team but most importantly as my friend. Praying for the family, Darrell and Xander, and all those whose lives she has touched. Mine is better because she was in it.

Me and April had some great memories in high school. April was a beautiful person inside and out . Her smile could light up a whole room. I saw April last at a greet our classmate had at Old Armour Brewery last November I think it was. She had her head bald at the time and was beautiful as ever.
