Archie Raymond Little

Mr. Archie Raymond Little, 79, of 3705 Fieldcrest Circle NW, Concord, died Sunday, November 28, 2004, at NorthEast Medical Center. A graveside service with interment will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2004, at Carolina Memorial Park. The Rev. Fenton Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home in Kannapolis. At other times they will be at the residence. Born November 30, 1924, in Cabarrus County, he was a son of the late Henry Calvin Little and Mary Lou Hough Little. He retired several years ago from Fieldcrest Cannon Mills where he had worked at plants No. 6 and 15. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Calvin Raymond Little. Survivors include his wife, Betty Hudson Little; a son, Archie W. Little and his wife, Natalie, of Gold Hill; two daughters, Ann Harris and her husband, Gene, of Concord, Onnie Whitlow and Don Smith of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Fannie Mae Sherrill of Kannapolis; and two grandchildren, Robert L. Whitlow III and Kassie Harris.
