Mrs. Burke was born January 26, 1949 in Philadelphia, NC. She was the daughter of Elmira Harriet Davidson Bentz and the late Raymond Adam Bentz.
Mrs. Burke is survived by her daughter, Kim Hinson and husband Alan of Concord; son, Raymond Burke and wife Tiffany of West Jefferson; and 4 grandchildren.
