Barbara Lorraine Moore Herbert

Mrs. Barbara Lorraine Moore Herbert, 79, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 am Monday, January 15, 2018, at the Historic Salisbury National Cemetery. Rev. Lewis Whittington will officiate.
Mrs. Herbert was born May 13, 1938 in Kannapolis. She was a daughter of the late John O. Moore and Alsace Knight Moore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Herbert, on November 28, 1994.
Mrs. Herbert is survived by son, Mike Herbert of Kannapolis; two sisters, Dorothy McManus of Rockwell and Ann Kirkman of Lexington; and three grandchildren, Trevor Herbert, Devin Herbert and Maisie Herbert.
