Barry David Law

Mr. Barry David Law, 60, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026, at his home in Oakboro.

Barry was born May 14, 1965 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of Susan Goodnight Law Aughtry and the late Barry Wayne Law. He was an auto body mechanic having started out as a young man, working with his father. He then formally owned and operated Prestige Body Shop and later continued his work from his home. In addition to his work he loved to hunt, was an avid sports fan and was a loving father to his children.

In addition to his mother, Barry is survived by three children, Devin A. Law of Oakboro, Sarina Nicole Law of Oakboro and Elizabeth Mae Law of Landis; one grandchild, Everly Law; a brother, Brian Dean Law and wife Misty of Dallas; his faithful companion, Gratia Alley; and one step-sister, Candy Safrit and husband Scott of Mt. Pleasant.
