Becky Jo Deaver Smith, 68, of Raleigh, died on July 29, 2007. There will be a visitation at Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest, Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Lady's Funeral Home in Kannapolis, on Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, at 2 p.m., preceded by visitation from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. Inurnment will be at Mount Moriah Lutheran Church Cemetery in China Grove. She is survived by her mother, Kathleen Ridenhour of Kannapolis; her son, Scott and his wife, Paige, of Franklinton; son, David, and his wife, Cathy, of Westerville, Ohio, and their children, Erick and Ben; and daughter, Laura, of Phoenix; other family members, John Mitchell, Lucy Smith, Will Decatur, Heather, Sophie, Hannah and Mia Craig; and many relatives and friends.
