Betty Virginia Hudson Little

July 16, 1947 — January 11, 2022

Mrs. Betty Virginia Hudson Little, 74, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

A graveside service is scheduled for 3:30 pm Monday, January 17, 2022, at Carolina Memorial Park. Pastor Jon Schell will officiate. Inurnment will follow.

Mrs. Little was born July 16, 1947 in Mount Pleasant. She was a daughter of the late Roy William Hudson and Pearl Virginia Davis Hudson. She was a member of New Gilead Reformed Church. She enjoyed reading and working on puzzles. Mrs. Little retired from First Assembly Living Center as a CNA after 28 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Archie Raymond Little; infant son, Calvin Raymond Little; and brother, Joe Wayne Hudson.

Mrs. Little is survived by two daughters, Ann Harris and husband Gene of Little River, SC and Onnie Smith and husband Donald of Mt. Pleasant; son, Archie Little and wife Natalie of Gold Hill; sister, Helen Mabrey of Concord; two brothers, James "Jim" Hudson of Kannapolis and Jack "Ike" Hudson of China Grove; three grandchildren, Robert Whitlow, III, Gabe Smith and Kassie Harward; and five great grandchildren.
