Beulah Stack Jacks

Mrs. Beulah Stack Jacks, 88, of Bethpage Road, died Monday, June 19, 2006, at the home of her daughter, Kathy Jacks Moses, of Smokey Starnes Road, Lancaster, SC. The funeral will be 3:00 pm Friday, June 23, 2006, at Midway United Methodist Church. Rev. Dave Cash will officiate. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 2:45 pm Friday at Midway United Methodist Church. Mrs. Jacks was born January 7, 1918 in Cabarrus County. She was a daughter of the late J.J. Stack and Martha Pearl Price Stack. She retired as Post Mistress of Midway Branch of the U.S. Post Office. She was a member of Midway United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Willie Jacks, who died March 13, 1982. Mrs. Jacks is survived by a daughter, Kathy Jacks Moses, and husband, Charles Moses of Lancaster, SC; sister, Mrs. Addie Starnes of Morehead City; brother, Jeff Stack of Kannapolis; granddaughter, Sarah Moses Adams of Lancaster, SC. Memorials may be donated to Midway United Methodist Church, 108 Bethpage Road, Kannapolis, NC 28081 in memory of Mrs. Jacks.
