Bobby Jean Bowles

Mr. Bobby Jean Bowles, 75, of 7650 Highway 152 West, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011, at Gaston Memorial Hospital in Gastonia. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Monday, May 23, 2011, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Johnny Cozart will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm Monday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mr. Bowles was born May 8, 1936 in Cabarrus County. He was the son of the late Authur F. Bowles and Ethel Dudley Bowles. He retired from Cannon Mills Plant One where he worked as a supervisor. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Bowles is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anneliese Hinterneder Bowles.
