Bobby Ray Holshouser
October 9, 1934 — January 1, 2017
Mr. Bobby Ray Holshouser, 82, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017, at Five Oaks Manor in Concord.
A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 pm Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at The Amity House at Lady's Funeral Home. Rev. Rodney Quesenberry will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3:00 pm Wednesday in The Amity House.
Mr. Holshouser was born October 9, 1934 in Rockwell. He was the son of the late Ray Royal Holshouser and Delola Farrell Holshouser. Bobby was a school teacher for 30 years retiring from the Cabarrus County School System and was also a coach.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Terry Holshouser.
Mr. Holshouser is survived by his wife, Janice Parrish Holshouser; and a son, Jay Holshouser of Raleigh.
