Mrs. Bonita "Bonnie" Hooper Mann Albright, 47, of 416 S. Beaver Street, Landis, died Friday, October 5, 2007, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at Kimball Memorial Lutheran Church in Kannapolis. The Rev. Richard Rhoades, the Rev. Kim Trabold, and the Rev. Duane R. Mann will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at the home of her mother, Peggy Lynch, 2007 Normandy Road, Kannapolis. Born March 10, 1960, in Cabarrus County, she was the daughter of Peggy Baucom Hooper Lynch and the late Phil D. Hooper. She was a 1978 graduate of A. L. Brown High School and was previously employed as a nail technician. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Eric Albright, who died April 1, 2007. Survivors include her son, Phillip Mann and wife, Amber, of Charleston, SC; stepdaughter, Emily Albright of Kannapolis; mother and stepfather, Peggy and Steve Lynch of Kannapolis; brother, Derek Hooper and wife, Elizabeth, of Concord; sister, Julie Hagy and husband, Bobby, of Fayetteville; stepsister, Mishelle Mullis and husband, Mike, of Kannapolis; grandparents, Lonnie and Helen Baucom of Kannapolis; grandson, Joshua Gage Gwin; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
