Brenda Rae Austin

Mrs. Brenda Rae Clark Austin, 71, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Big Elm Retirement Center in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Morris will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:00 am Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Austin was born January 13, 1945 in Bluefield, WV. She was the daughter of the late Claude Clark and Minnie Farmer Clark.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Jay Clark.

Mrs. Austin is survived by her husband, Nelson Austin, daughter, Tina Smith of Rockwell, brother, Larry Clark, and wife Judy of Bluefield, VA, grandson, Raymond Tallman, and great granddaughter, Railey Tallman.
