Bryan Kelly Carter

Bryan Kelly Carter, 17 days old infant son of Sarah Katherine "Katie" Moss and Shannon Carter, died Friday, February 8, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. Born in Mecklenburg County on January 22, 2008, Bryan was preceded in death by his dearly-missed grandmother, Kelly Teal Moss. He is survived by his loving parents, Sarah Katherine "Katie" Moss and Shannon Carter; two brothers, Ethan Graham Ward of the home and Rook O'Brian Carter of Kannapolis; grandparents, Julie Ervin, Toby Carter and Jeff Moss, all of Kannapolis; and his step-grandfather, Shawn Timothy Ervin of Kannapolis. A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2007, at Kannapolis Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home, 2233 Kenwood Drive, Kannapolis, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday and from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
