Charles Albert Jackson

Mr. Charles Albert Jackson, 83, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015, at Carolinas Healthcare System - NorthEast in Concord.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 pm Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 2:45 pm Thursday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Jackson was born February 22, 1932 in Manchester, VT. He was a son of the late Albert Roy Jackson and Irene Mary McDermont Jackson. He worked for World Elastic in Concord and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Donald Jack Jackson; grandson, Robert Lee Jackson; and two brothers, Robert and Paul Jackson.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his wife, Isabell King Jackson; daughter, Paula Jackson Mauldin and husband Horace of Concord; four grandchildren, Jayson Allen Jackson and wife Jennifer of Concord, John Charles Jackson and wife Donna of China Grove, Shannan Marie Jackson and husband Francisco Garcia of Concord and Haley Lynn Mauldin of Concord; and great granddaughter, Jessica Christine Grantham of Concord.
