Mr. Charles Vernon "Chuck" Storey, 53, of Charlotte, died Monday, September 19, 2016, at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.

A memorial service is scheduled for 4:00 pm Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Terry Honeycutt will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm Thursday at Lady's Funeral Home.
