Christopher Scott Hudgston

Mr. Christopher Scott "Chris" Hudgston, 39, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016, at his residence.

A funeral service is scheduled for 7:00 pm Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jeff Burris will officiate. Entombment will be at 11:00 am Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Hudgston was born November 30, 1976 in Syracuse, NY. He was a son of Douglas William “Doug” Hudgston and Patricia Ann “Pat” Polcaro Hudgston, both of Kannapolis. He worked for Dutch Miller Kia in Charlotte as an automotive technician. Mr. Hudgston attended Harvest Community Church. Chris was an avid Carolina Panther fan, and enjoyed his many trips to the mountains on his motorocycle. He was a graduate of Northwest Cabarrus High School, class of 1996, and also graduated from Universal Technical Institute.

Mr. Hudgston, in addition to his parents, is survived by son, Brendan Scott Hudgston of Concord; brother, Todd Douglas Hudgston of Kannapolis; niece, Tyler Hudgston; and great-niece, Rylei Sanders.
