Colleen Cooke, 96, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026, at her home in Kannapolis.
A memorial service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Monday, March 2, 2026, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Timothy Brown will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 11 to 11:45 am Monday at Lady's Funeral Home.Colleen was born January 7, 1930 in Cabarrus County. She was a daughter of the late Harold Craig Cooke, Sr. and Nell Rea Hendren Cooke. She was a lifetime member of North Kannapolis Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Craig Cooke, Jr. and Conred Ray Cooke.
Colleen is survived by niece, Sandra Craft of Kannapolis; nephews, Alan Cooke of Concord and Kent Cooke and wife Cindy of Albemarle; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
