Crystal Parham Thomas

Mrs. Crystal Parham Thomas, 48, of 1811 West C Street, Kannapolis, died Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2008 at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Wayne Laney will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2008, at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at the home of her father, Leaon Parham, 1813 West C Street, Kannapolis. Born August 19, 1960 in Cabarrus County, Crystal was the daughter of Leaon Parham and the late Ellen Measmer Parham. She was a homemaker and formerly employed with Little Buck Texaco in Concord and Kannapolis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Dale Thomas; a son, Michael Lee Childers; and her mother, Ellen Measmer Parham. Survivors include her father, Leaon Parham of Kannapolis; daughter, Michelle Lynn Haddad of Alabama; stepdaughter, Susan Thomas of Concord; stepson, Joshua Thomas of Concord; sister, April Parham Shehorn of Mooresville; and a brother, Jackie Lane Parham of Mooresville.
