Cynthia Elaine Varner Cauthen

Mrs. Cynthia Elaine Varner Cauthen, 63, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mike Roper will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 1:45 pm Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cauthen was born May 11, 1961 in Duluth, MN. She was a daughter of the late James Dale Varner and Mildred Joan Tyler Varner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronny L. Cauthen; and two brothers, Michael and Brian Varner.

Mrs. Cauthen is survived by daughter, Mindy Miller of Aiken, SC; three sons, Eric Miller of MO, Jonathon Miller and wife Luisa of Zebulon, and Tyler Greene of Landis; step-daughter, Melissa Redmond; two sisters, Lisa Cook and husband Dennis of Granite Quarry and Lori Lewis and husband Greg; brother, Greg Varner and wife Wendy of Beulaville; and seven grandchildren, Kelleigh Miller, Kaydence Miller, Izabella Odum, A.J Rivera-Odum, Alyzavier Rivera-Odum, Ilyana Odom, and Sophia Miller.
