Mrs. Cynthia "Cindy" Elizabeth Wiles Winchester, 75, of Kannapolis, passed Saturday July 4, 2026, at Atrium Hospital with family by her side.

Cindy was born August 29, 1950, in Iredell County. She was the daughter of the late William Clayton Wiles and Freida Ruth (Correll) Wiles. Cindy retired from Cannon Mills, and she enjoyed crafts, shopping, watching football and time spent with loved ones. She was a member of Jackson Park Baptist Church and trusted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

Cindy was preceded in death by her husband Pat Eugene Winchester and her brother Jerry Lee Wiles.

Those left to cherish her memory include her aunt Dorothy Correll; nephews William Todd Wiles, Michael Lee Wiles, Jerry Lee Wiles Jr; cousins Lanny Correll (Tina), Dickie Joines, Bobby Parker (Janice), Bonnie Brazzell (David), Gary Correll (Kay), Robert Wofford (Jeri), Pam Gray (Jeff), Tim Finney (Atsuko), Brenda Addison (Johnny), Jen Soike (Tom), Davis Brazzell, Adrian Parker (Lindsey), Matthew Gray, Lesa Ellis, Rhonda Lee (Danny), Kevin Joines (Lisa), Michael Joines (Sara), Hana Finney, Heather Ellis, Henry Soike, Wesley Lee (Sydney), Vera Parker, Quinn Parker, Marissa Joines, Corey Joines; stepdaughters Tricey Mahaffey (Don) and April King; grandchildren Jennifer Hartsell (Jeremy), Amanda Asselin (Peter), Chloe Adams (Drake); 7 great-grandchildren; and close friends who all loved Cindy very much.
