Daniel Wayne Upright

Daniel Wayne Upright, 57, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

A funeral service is scheduled for 3 pm Monday, November 3, 2014, at Lady's Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Wood will officiate. Interment will follow at West Park Baptist Church in Rockwell.

The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 pm Monday at Lady's Funeral Home prior to the service.

Mr. Upright was born July 21, 1957 in Cabarrus County. He was the son of Abbie Rice Upright and the late Ray Daniel Upright.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Upright is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Upright Wilson and Angie Upright; sons, William “BJ” Upright and Dusty Upright; 2 brothers, Michael Upright and Doug Upright; 5 sisters, Barbara Link, Sheila West, Debbie Fesperman, Linda Martin, Lisa Ijames; and 11 grandchildren, Destiny, Zach, Tiffany, Chloe, Matthew, Landon, Bailey, Bryson, Andrew, J.J, and Bentlee that he loved dearly.
