David Michael Bodenheimer, Jr.

Mr. David Michael Bodenheimer, Jr., 37, of 248 Greenfield Drive, Concord, died Thursday, June 9, 2005, at NorthEast Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2005, at Epworth United Methodist Church. The Rev. David Christy will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Lady's Funeral Home in Kannapolis. At other times they will be at the residence. Born December 13, 1967, in High Point, he was the son of David Michael Bodenheimer, Sr. and Wanda Beeson Bodenheimer. He was the owner and operator of Sunshine Window Cleaning. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church where he was a leader in training of Boy Scout Troop 128 and past president of the United Methodist Men. Survivors include his wife, Jenny Shepherd Bodenheimer; one son, David "Tripp" Michael Bodenheimer III of the home; a daughter, Taylor Reeves Bodenheimer, of the home; his parents, David Michael Bodenheimer, Sr. and Wanda Beeson Bodenheimer of Rockwell; two sisters, Samantha Landry of Pensacola, FL and Faith Bodenheimer of Charlotte; a brother, Clay Bodenheimer of Salisbury; paternal grandfather, Finley Bodenheimer of High Point; maternal grandmother, Ruth Beeson of Concord; three nieces and one nephew. Survivors also include a dog, Punkin; and a cat, Winky. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Boy Scout Troop 128, c/o Epworth United Methodist Church, 1030 Burrage Road NE, Concord, NC 28025. David will be greatly missed and in our hearts forever.
