Mr. David Monroe Fullam, 49, of 628 East Mills Drive, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010, at his residence following an extended illness. A memorial service is scheduled for 3:30 pm Friday, December 10, 2010, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ralph Robinette will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:15 pm Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mr. Fullam was born November 7, 1961 in Mooresville. He was a son of Clyde Monroe Fullam and Pearl Foster Fullam of Landis. He retired due to disability from Rowan County Environmental Services where he worked as a machine operator. He loved his family and his grandchildren. Mr. Fullam, in addition to his parents, is survived by son, Jeremy Rodgers and wife, Autumn of Kannapolis; brother, Alan Fullam and wife, Annette of China Grove; sister, Tammy F. Yandle and husband, Phil of Kannapolis; four grandchildren, Adeline, Odessah, Abram and Daegan Rodgers; and former wife, Debbie Fullam, with whom he kept a close relationship. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the National Kidney Foundation of NC, 5950 Fairview Road, Suite 550, Charlotte, NC 28210-2102 or to American Liver Foundation, 75 Maiden Lane, Suite 603, New York, NY 10038-4810.
