Denice Renee Elliott Rider

Ms. Denice Renee Elliott Rider, 57, of Old Concord Salisbury Road, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011, at her residence. A gathering to celebrate her life will be at her home on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Ms. Rider was born July 3, 1953 in Johnson City, NY. She was a daughter of William R. Elliott and Lois F. Henderson Elliott. She worked as a clerk for the city offices. Ms. Rider, in addition to her parents, is survived by son, Brian Lynn Rider and wife, Christina of Mt. Pleasant; three sisters, Lucinda Sue Chrys and husband, Philip of Schenectady, NY, Bonnie Jeanne Roskowski of Weirsdale, FL and Catherine Mae Sturgill of Lady Lake, FL; three brothers, Richard Lee Elliott and wife, Cindy of Mint Hill, Ronald Lyn Elliott and wife, Nicole of Charlotte and Darryl Scott Elliott and partner, Kelly Wooten of Kannapolis and two granddaughters, Makayla Rider and Jenna Rider.
