Dennis Neal Eubanks

Mr. Dennis Neal Eubanks, 57, of Winston-Salem, formerly of Kannapolis, passed away Friday, December 13, 2013 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, prior to the service at Lady’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Eubanks was born December 4, 1956 to the late Baxter Neal Eubanks and the late Virginia Irene Barnes Eubanks.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Keith Eubanks.

Mr. Eubanks is survived by his daughter, Lily Eubanks Cook and husband John of Salisbury; two sisters, Tammie Morgan and husband Ronnie of Locust and Amanda Eubanks Rogers of Concord, and granddaughter Cora Sage Cook.
