Dorothy Edwards Ashbaugh

Mrs. Dorothy Edwards Ashbaugh, 78, of 5000 Aaron Road, Concord, died Saturday, December 13, 2003, at her home, following a year of declining health. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Born April 3, 1925, in Atlanta, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Russell and Nell Edwards. Survivors include a daughter, Sherry A. Blondeau of Fayetteville, Georgia; two sons, John L. Ashbaugh of Mt. Pleasant and Russell G. Ashbaugh of Concord; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be sent to Hospice of Cabarrus County, PO Box 1235, Concord, NC 28026-1235.
