Dorothy Jane Sides Vincent

Mrs. Dorothy Jane Sides Vincent, 79, of 289 South Circle Drive, NW, Concord, NC, died Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at NorthEast Medical Center in Concord after one year of declining health and seven months of serious illness. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, May 17, 2002, at Mt. Olivet Methodist Church. Rev. Jim Bowen will officiate. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 PM Friday at Mt. Olivet Methodist Church. Mrs. Vincent was born August 26, 1922 in Stanly County, NC. She was a daughter of the late Thomas Sides and Ada Stough Sides. She and her husband are the retired owners and operators of Fleetwood Dry Cleaners. Mrs. Vincent is survived by her husband, Lawrence P. Vincent; three daughters, Kathy Richardson and her husband, Dale, of Winston Salem, Janie Halyburton and her husband, Joe, of Concord, Phyllis Vincent of Lexington; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
