Edwin Dale Allen

Edwin “Bubby” Dale Allen, 74, went to be with his loving Lord and Savior on Monday, February 23, 2015, leaving his loving wife, Sandra Snipes Allen, and sons, Mitchell Allen of Durham and Jason Kyle of Landis, to cherish his memories.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 1, 2015, at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tom Snipes will officiate.

Born on January 24, 1941 in Mocksville, he was a son of the late Jake Allen and Sue Foster Allen. He retired after 30 years from Lowes where he worked in contractor sales. Mr. Allen enjoyed the outdoors. He liked to water ski, play tennis and golf and enjoyed beach music and shagging.
