Ms. Ellen Trocye Ray, 64, passed away Friday, December 7, 2012 at Big Elm Nursing Center.
Ms. Ray was born on August 22, 1948 in Durham County. She was a daughter of the late Mack Ray and Myrtle Harris Ray. Ms. Ray retired from Phillip Morris Company.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Delores Ray; and brothers, Edward, Billy and Charles Ray.
She is survived by her nephew, Kenneth Ray and wife Cynthia of Little Rock, AR; great niece; Desiree Burroughs-Ray; great nephew, Kendall Burroughs-Ray; and special friend, Carolyn Black of Concord.
