Emily Anne Hyde Lewis

Ms. Emily Anne Hyde Lewis, 32, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at her residence.

A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Saturday, March 4, 2017, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. James Whitesides will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 10:45 to 11:45 am Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Ms. Lewis was born October 30, 1984 in Mecklenburg County. She was a daughter of Harold Clayton Hyde, Jr. and April Blanton Hyde. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents.

Ms. Lewis, in addition to her parents, is survived by her sister, Brooke Elizabeth Hyde Stephens and husband James of Concord; paternal grandmother, Billie Wellman Hyde; nieces and nephews, Dakota Vaughn Stephens, Wesley Clayton Stephens, Kendall Brooke Stephens, and Mallory Anne Stephens; aunt, Donna Francis and husband Jeff; several cousins; and her two best friends, Blaze and Khloe.
