Emily Wagner

Mrs. Emily "Libby" Wagner,75, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026, at her home in Kannapolis, surrounded by her loving family.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held for Libby on Saturday October 24, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Rosedale Baptist Church in Rosedale, Maryland.

A graveside service will be held in Lewisburg, West Virginia at a later date.Libby was born April 10, 1951 in Greenbrier, West Virginia. She was a daughter of the late Quentin Reinhold and Mary Reinhold.

She loved the Lord and enjoyed reading the Word. Libby also enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Wagner Sr.; two brothers, Gary Reinhold and Robert Reinhold; and a sister, Jean Reinhold.

Surviving family members include her three daughters, Ginger Stec of Bel Air, Maryland; Jackie Emerson of Kannapolis, North Carolina and Jeseca Collins of Aberdeen, Maryland; son David Wagner Jr. of Ridgeway, Virginia; twelve grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
