Eugene Willis Rapson

Mr. Eugene Willis "Gene" Rapson, 81, a resident of First Assembly Living Center, died Thursday, June 28, 2007, at the care facility. A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at First Assembly Living Center Chapel. The Rev. Karen Kaser Odor will officiate. Born August 31, 1925, in New Haven, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Henry Rapson and Alpha Clark Rapson. He was a US Army veteran of World War II. He retired as a short-order cook. Survivors include his wife, Anne Gandy Rapson; a niece, Donna Comeau of Columbia, SC; and a nephew, Ernest Rapson of New Jersey.
