Eunice Baker Bradshaw

Mrs. Eunice Baker Bradshaw, 79, of 212 Oakdale Avenue, Kannapolis, died Saturday, November 2, 2002 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 5, 2002, at Living Faith Freewill Baptist Church in Landis. The Rev. Wayne Watson will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9:00 PM Monday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the residence. Born December 31, 1922, in Ashe County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Linney McKinley Baker and the late Bertha Sarah Phillips Baker. Mrs. Bradshaw retired in 1986 from the sewing room of Cannon Mills Company. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Bradshaw, on April 15, 1995; and a sister, Ruby Baker Lynch, on May 8, 2002. Survivors include a daughter, Donna Poe and her husband, Tony C. Poe, of Kannapolis; one sister, Lois Baker Wetter of Kannapolis; two brothers, Dr. Linny M. Baker of Concord and Herbert Baker of Kannapolis; one grandson, Steve Poe. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of Cabarrus County, PO Box 1235, Concord, NC 28026-1235.
