Eunice Dorothy Gibson

Mrs. Eunice Dorothy Tadlock Gibson, 93, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Tucker Hospice House.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 29, 2015, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ira Reasons, Rev. Lewis Whittington adn Chaplain Cynthia Jones will officiate. Interment will be at 2:30 pm Friday at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery in Ruby, SC.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:00 am Friday prior to the service at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gibson was born on July 2, 1921 in Pageland, SC. She was a daughter of the late Vernon Preston Tadlock and Minnie Evans Tadlock. She retired from Cannon Mills where she worked as a folder in the sheet department.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. W. Gibson.

Mrs. Gibson is survived by three children, Johnny Gibson and wife, Carol, of Greenville, SC, Dottie Gibson Mullis and husband, Carroll, of Concord and Donna Gibson Sneed and husband, Norris, of Blountville, TN; sister, Carolyn Terry of Badin; brother, Harold Tadlock and wife, Amelia, of Murrells Inlet, SC; thirteen grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
