Gary Wayne Fox

Mr. Gary Wayne Fox, 64, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011, at Universal Health Care in Oxford. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home in Newton. Rev. Paul Birner will officiate. Interment will follow at Catawba Memorial Park on Hwy 64-70 in Newton. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:00 am Saturday at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home prior to the service. Mr. Fox was born September 20, 1947 in Catawba County, the son of the late Ralph Thomas Fox and Evelyn Lane Fox. Gary grew up in Newton and lived in Oxford for most of his adult life. Mr. Fox is survived by brother, Robert F. Fox of Clearwater, FL and niece, Tricia Lane Fox of San Diego, CA.
