Geraldine Hart Furr Morris

Mrs. Geraldine Hart Furr Morris, 69, of 413 Winecoff School Road, Concord, died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at NorthEast Medical Center after several years of declining health and one week of serious illness. A 2:30 PM graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM Friday, April 12, 2002, at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 PM Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mrs. Morris was born January 13, 1933, she was a daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Bonds of Concord and the late Thurman Hart. She was a retired secretary for Martin Marietta Stone Company and Roach Corporation. Mrs. Morris, in addition to her mother, is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Lynn Allen of Concord; two grandchildren, Shane and Randy Allen; aunt, Mrs. Ethel Roach of Kannapolis.
