Harold Eugene Faggart

Mr. Harold Eugene Faggart, 80, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017, at Brookdale Concord Parkway in Concord.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Greg Gordon will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 pm Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Faggart was born September 21, 1937 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Harold Lee Faggart and Helen Cress Faggart. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School for many years. Harold was a member of the Ford Crown Victoria Club. Harold was also a Mason. He enjoyed farming and working outdoors. Harold and Barbara liked day trips to the Mountains.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Frankie Faggart; and his faithful canine companion, Buddy.

Mr. Faggart is survived by his wife, Barbara Elizabeth Wright Faggart; step-son, Jimmy Wyatt and wife Sherry of Rockwell; brother, Don Faggart and wife Sandra of Concord; two step-grandchildren, Holly Hibbitt and husband Logan and Dustin Wyatt and wife Robyn; two step-great granddaughters, Carson and Riley Wyatt; and step-great grandson, Dallas Hibbitt.
