Mr. Harris Emory Phillips, Sr., 78, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at his home in Charlotte.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7:00 pm Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mr. Phillips was born February 28, 1944 in Myrtle Beach, SC. He was a son of the late Harris Phillips and Lillian Idell Phillips.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Godwin Phillips.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his son, Harris Emory Phillips, Jr. and wife Christy of Denver; daughter, Misty Vess of Charlotte; sister, Yvonne Higgins and husband Kenneth of Midland; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
